Types of Passport Services We Assist With

New Application
For first-time applicants, including children or adults who have never held a Philippine passport.

Renewal
For passports that are expired, about to expire, or still valid but need updating. Requirements may vary depending on your situation.

Lost Passport
We assist with the process of replacing a lost passport, which includes securing an Affidavit of Loss and submitting additional supporting documents.

Minor Applicants
For applicants under 18 years old. This requires extra documentation such as the parent’s valid IDs and consent forms.

Senior Citizens & PWD
We offer special assistance for senior citizens and persons with disabilities, including guidance for priority lane eligibility and document preparation.

General Requirements for Passport Application

1. Personal Appearance
2. Confirmed Appointment
3. Passport Fee
4. Duly Accomplished Application Form
5. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by PSA (Phil. Statistics Authority)
   • If BC is not yet available: Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR)
   • When entries are blurred or unreadable: Transcribed Birth Certificate from the LCR
   • If born abroad: Report of Birth duly authenticated by PSA
6. Valid picture IDs and supporting documents to prove identity.
